Rajatha is a proffessional dancer and has performed in various stage shows.She debuted in a Kannada film called Moggina Manasu with Yash and Radhika Pandit,the film went to be a hit and she was offered the lead role in the big budget AFI film Aal iss well opposite Youth Icon Abhishek,the film set on a Rs 20 lakh budget was the biggest AFI film made,Rajatha s grand debut in AFI created waves and made her a superstar over night,the film had massive opening and eventually became the most successful AFI film ever made and that took Rajatha to the league of top slot actresses in AFI.however Rajatha is very choosy and prefers to do quality cinema than quantity.She rejected a lot of films before signing her second film the END opposite Abhishek again,the film directed by Deepak is the next big film being made and Rajatha is very very lucky as she has starred in 2 massive and record breaking films,which even star heroines dream off!!!Rajatha is the highest paid AFI heroine who charges anywhere between Rs 40,000-60,000per film.
